The Paloma, ready before the ice is. WITHCO's mixer is fresh grapefruit juice, fresh lime and a pinch of sea salt, nothing else, pressed in small batches so it tastes like the bar made it. Pour it over tequila or over soda water, and either way it is not sweet.

One bottle makes about eight drinks. Serve with a bowl of olives, Bella's Olive Oil Dipping Crackers with Lemon & Garlic Chickpeas Antipasti, and the Tassoni soda for the non-drinkers. More cocktails, mocktails and mixers.

How to serve

Serve: 2 oz mixer, 2 oz tequila (or soda water), over ice with a grapefruit wedge
Ingredients: Fresh grapefruit juice, lime juice, sea salt
Storage: Keep refrigerated; use within 2 weeks of opening
