The soda in the little ribbed bottle. Tassoni has made cedrata in Salò, on Lake Garda, since 1956, from the peel of Diamante citron from Calabria infused and distilled the old way. Pale gold, lightly sweet, with a bitter citrus edge that no lemon soda has.
Ice cold on its own, or topped with gin or a splash of Figlia. Serve with taralli, or Bella's Olive Oil Dipping Crackers and Olivada Olive Pesto. More cocktails, mocktails and mixers.
