The Pollo alla Peperonata Bundle brings together three small-batch Italian pantry provisions from Bella Cucina. Organic California extra virgin olive oil, sugo alla peperonata, and wild oregano and sage salt. Everything needed to braise pollo alla peperonata at home.
Chicken seared golden in peppery olive oil. A jar of red and golden peppers, already stewed slow with onions and marjoram, poured over the pan. Fifteen minutes covered, and the sauce does the rest. Serve over polenta with plenty of bread for every last drop.
We put together this bundle so you have exactly what the recipe calls for, already chosen and ready to go. Just add chicken from the market, and polenta for serving.
This bundle includes:
- Organic California Extra Virgin Olive Oil: intense, peppery, and fruity, the hot start that sears the chicken golden.
- Sugo alla Peperonata: golden and red bell peppers caramelized with onions and marjoram, the braise itself.
