This marmellata jam is made with a very special seasonal fruit. he Bella Royale is a floral and sweet seasonal fruit, with tenderness of an apricot and the juiciness of a plum. The marmellata is gently scented with rose geranium and sonoma bay, a rare bay leaf this has an aroma of vanilla, both hand-picked from June’s kitchen garden and infused into the jam.
