Harvested on a biodynamic farm in Piedmont region of Italy, this honey comes from bees that pollinate the Acacia trees. Light and delicate, this floral honey is the perfect complement on an antipasti board, with cheeses and desserts.
Drizzle it over our Dried Cherry and Almond Biscotti, pair it with Organic Italian Thousand Flower Honey for a tasting of two Piedmont honeys, or spoon it over fresh ricotta in our Crostata Sweet Butter Pastry Tarts.

Our Georgia Peach, Burrata and Acacia Honey Salad finishes with a drizzle of this honey. It also sweetens the Honey Caramelized White Peaches with Halloumi and Lemon and the almond filling of the Honeyed Pear and Almond Crostata.
