Bella Royale Rose and Peach Cobbler
This recipe came from a friend who generously returned a dish filled with a delicious cobbler. We've adapted it a bit and included our Limited Edition June Taylor X Bella Cucina Jam scented with organic rose petals, which adds a deliciously floral flavor. The crunchy cobbler crust could be our favorite part.
SHOPPING LIST:
8 Tablespoons unsalted butter
4 ripe peaches
1 Tablespoon Bella Cucina Wildflower Sugar

In a heavy bottom baking casserole dish or cast iron pan, add the butter and place in the oven until the butter is melted, but not dark. Remove from the oven. Layer the peaches in the dish.

Bake until the crust is browned, about 45-55 minutes.
