The Whipped Ricotta Crostini Bundle brings together two small-batch Italian pantry provisions from Bella Cucina. Piccolo Pomodoro tomatoes and Wild Oregano & Sage Salt. Everything needed to make our whipped ricotta and Piccolo Pomodoro crostini at home.
Whip fresh ricotta with a teaspoon of the salt, spread it on garlic-rubbed toast, and spoon the sweet tomatoes over the top, marinade and all. Five minutes, and summer is on the table.
We put together this bundle so you have exactly what the recipe calls for, already chosen and ready to go.
This bundle includes:
- Piccolo Pomodoro Tomatoes: sweet, bite-size garden tomatoes packed in olive oil with fresh basil, spooned over the top.
- Wild Oregano & Sage Salt: one teaspoon whipped into the ricotta that does all the seasoning.
