Produced on a family-owned farm in Puglia, Italy, organic extra virgin olive oil is made using local Coratina olives grown on centuries-old trees. Cold-extracted within 12 hours of harvesting, Sardel's Italian olive oil has a unique balance of spice, fruitiness and bitterness that will enhance and accent the flavors of whatever you're cooking. We recommend that you use it generously, whether as a cooking oil, or as a garnish or in dressings.
