A glass of Italian sparkling rosé with nothing to apologize for in the morning. Prima Pavé makes it like wine, from Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc and Gewürztraminer, then takes the alcohol out gently to 0.0 percent. Pale pink, fine bubbles, red currant and peach, and dry.
