Par-baked over terra cotta tiles in the old traditional manner, the flatbread is stacked in single sheets, ready to bake to a crispy golden brown cracker-like texture. Simply brush lightly with Bella Cucina extra virgin olive oil and Aromatic Savory Salts for a delicious antipasti snack or accompaniment to any meal. For use everyday with cheeses, soups or spreads. Brush with Taste of Tuscany Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Wild Oregano & Sage Savory Salt, or top with Mint & Pistachio Pesto.
