Par-baked over terra cotta tiles in the old traditional manner, the flatbread is stacked in single sheets, ready to bake to a crispy golden brown cracker-like texture. Simply brush lightly with Bella Cucina extra virgin olive oil and Aromatic Savory Salts for a delicious antipasti snack or accompaniment to any meal. For use everyday with cheeses, soups or spreads.
