The Mediterranean Stuffed Tomatoes Bundle brings together three small-batch Italian pantry provisions from Bella Cucina. Roasted eggplant pesto, sun-dried tomato pesto, and wild oregano and sage salt. Everything needed to make Roman-style pomodori ripieni at home.
Ripe August tomatoes, hollowed and filled. Carnaroli rice, browned beef, and two pestos doing the deep flavor work. Baked until the tops turn golden and the edges caramelize. Serve from pan to table and watch them disappear.
We put together this bundle so you have exactly what the recipe calls for, already chosen and ready to go. Just add ripe tomatoes, ground beef, and fresh basil from the market.
This bundle includes:
- Roasted Eggplant Pesto: fire-roasted eggplant, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and Italian herbs, stirred into the filling.
- Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto: rich and robust, made with vine-ripened California sun-dried tomatoes.
- Wild Oregano & Sage Salt: one teaspoon that seasons every element.

Best smelling candle ever! Some candles, you lie, and they don’t have any smell. It’s just the wax if you put your nose up to it, but this candle was lit when I walked into the store. I inquired about it and found that they sold it there! It’s amazing! So good I went back and bought a second!
