Harvested on a biodynamic farm in Piedmont region of Italy, this honey is also known as ‘Miele millefiori’: honey of a thousand flowers. The honey comes from the nectar of bees that pollinate the wildflowers, beautiful, aromatic and unique, one of the most rare of honeys. Perfect to pair with breakfast scones as it is drizzled over hard Italian cheeses.
Drizzle it over our Dried Cherry and Almond Biscotti, pair it with Organic Italian Acacia Honey for a tasting of two Piedmont honeys, or spoon it over fresh ricotta in our Crostata Sweet Butter Pastry Tarts.

Our Honeyed Pear and Almond Crostata calls for Thousand Flower Honey in the almond filling. It also sweetens the Preserved Lemon Honeyed Carrots and the marinade for Lime and Honey Grilled Shrimp.
