A chocolate bar infused with chrysanthemum tea. The tea is floral and gently honeyed, and it sits lightly on the chocolate instead of taking it over. Fossa Chocolate roasts and grinds its cacao in small batches in Singapore and draws its flavors from Asian tea and pantry traditions.
