Chocolate bars that taste like somebody's childhood in Japan. Michiko Marron-Kibbey, a French-trained chocolatier in Los Gatos, California, builds them around yuzu, matcha, sesame, strawberry and coffee, on single-origin chocolate, in wrappers you will not want to throw away.

One bar is a gift; three are a box. Set a few beside the Kolsvart fish for a sweets table, pair a bar with our Dried Cherry and Almond Biscotti, or tuck one into a gift. Choose the flavor above. More sweets and chocolate.
