Made in the old world artisan style, from the finest flour and Italian water, and extruded from bronze dies. Cordelle, as the name implies, are thick cords of pasta made from a hand rolled technique similar to the better known pici. Recommended to pair with your favorite Bella Cucina Pesto as the pasta ridges hold the flavor and texture well for a simple, delicious dish.
Toss with Fresh Basil Pesto or Artichoke Lemon Pesto, or warm a jar of Sugo alla Peperonata Pasta Sauce.
