Two cherries joined at the stem, soft and sour and faintly fizzy. Coco Chocolatier in Edinburgh makes these jelly sweets with real fruit and plant colors, spirulina, safflower and black carrot, in a pouch illustrated by the designer Marcus Walters. Tangy first, sweet after.
