Badia a Coltibuono's wine vinegar is obtained by natural fermentation of the most suitable wines. Acidification takes place by slowly tricking wine over wood shavings. Sediment is natural and does not alter the quality of this vinegar's balanced piquant taste. Made in Tuscany.
