Everything you need to prepare Muracha matcha at home. Each set brings together Yame No. 89, Muracha's inaugural first-harvest matcha, with The Whisk and The Chashaku for a smooth, balanced glass.

Yame No. 89 is a first-harvest, single cultivar matcha from a family-run tea farm in Yame, Japan: stone-milled, shade-grown, smooth and quietly complex, with notes of cocoa, toasted grain, and a softly nutty, lingering umami finish. The Whisk is hand-carved in the traditional Shin style from a single piece of purple bamboo, finished with Muracha's signature green thread. The Chashaku is the slender bamboo scoop that measures each serving.

What's Inside

Yame No. 89 Matcha in the tin size of your choice (20g or 70g), The Whisk (a hand-carved purple bamboo chasen in the traditional Shin style), and The Chashaku (bamboo scoop). To prepare: sift one to two scoops into a bowl, add a splash of hot but not boiling water, and whisk in a light W motion until softly foamed. Store the tin airtight, away from light.
