K+M Extravirgin Chocolate is the collaboration between chef Thomas Keller and olive oil maker Armando Manni: single origin cacao finished with a little extra virgin olive oil in place of extra cocoa butter, so the chocolate stays silky and the fruit of the bean comes through. This set pairs a dark bar with a milk bar in the signature box.
