A milk chocolate made the K+M way, with extra virgin olive oil folded into the cacao. Creamy and rich without being heavy, with a soft, almost fruity finish. K+M Extravirgin Chocolate is the Napa Valley maker founded by chef Thomas Keller and olive oil producer Armando Manni. Extra virgin olive oil replaces some of the cocoa butter, which gives every bar a silky texture and a clean finish.
