A dark chocolate made with Ecuadorian cacao. Deep and floral, with the long cocoa finish Ecuador is known for. K+M Extravirgin Chocolate is the Napa Valley maker founded by chef Thomas Keller and olive oil producer Armando Manni. Extra virgin olive oil replaces some of the cocoa butter, which gives every bar a silky texture and a clean finish.

Serve a square with espresso or a glass of wine, or set a bar out after dinner. One bar, see photos for size. Keep cool and dry. More in our chocolate and candy collection.
