A 73% dark chocolate made with Peruvian cacao and a touch of limo chili. The heat arrives late and gently, after the fruit of the bean. K+M Extravirgin Chocolate is the Napa Valley maker founded by chef Thomas Keller and olive oil producer Armando Manni. Extra virgin olive oil replaces some of the cocoa butter, which gives every bar a silky texture and a clean finish.
