- Bella Cucina Sicilian Lemon Aromatic Oil: estate-grown Italian olives pressed with Sicilian lemons. The drizzle that finishes the plate and carries the whole dish forward.
- Preserved Lemon Cream: finely diced preserved lemons folded into a tangy egg-based cream. Whipped into ricotta, it becomes something lighter than either ingredient alone.
- Wildflower Aromatic Savory Salt: European salt crystals, edible wildflowers, tea leaves. The finishing touch that makes a simple plate look like it grew there.
