Two discs of stone ground dark chocolate with orange, made by Taza in Somerville, Massachusetts. Taza grinds organic cacao on granite mill stones, so the texture is rustic and the orange reads bright and true.
Break a disc into wedges, or melt one into milk for a proper Mexican hot chocolate. Two 1.35 oz discs, 2.7 oz total. Keep cool and dry. More in our chocolate and candy collection.
