From La Sablésienne, the small French shortbread that has been made the same way since 1670. Pure butter from the Pays de la Loire. Flour from a Sarthois mill. Folded with crisp shards of salted butter caramel.
The tin is hand-painted with garden roses, the kind you keep long after the biscuits are gone. Pour the espresso. Sit a little longer.
Net weight: 175g. Made in France.
