A Medjool date, stuffed with almond butter, dipped in 70% dark chocolate and finished with cacao nibs and flaky salt. Gato makes them organic, vegan and without refined sugar, and the result tastes like a candy bar that happens to be good for you.
Two with an espresso, or one from the fridge at ten at night. Pairs with the Rancho Meladuco dates for the full date education. More chocolate and candy and sweets.
