Flavor

Dark chocolate with no sugar in it at all. Spring & Mulberry sweetens its 72 percent bars with dates, so the base is three ingredients, cacao, dates and cacao butter, and the flavors ride on top: blood orange, pecan date with Himalayan salt, mixed berry, coffee, and a pure dark mini.

Less sweet than you expect, and better for it. Break one over yogurt, or put a few beside the Alice chocolates for the health-minded friend. Choose the flavor above. More chocolate.
