The Rosemary & Grape Focaccia Bundle brings together four small-batch Italian pantry provisions from Bella Cucina. Tradizionale focaccia dough, Taste of Tuscany extra virgin olive oil, Lambrusco red wine vinegar, and wildflower scented sugar. Everything needed to bake our rosemary and grape focaccia at home.
This is the harvest bread of the Italian late summer: red grapes tossed in a wildflower-sweet Lambrusco glaze, pressed into dimpled dough, and baked until the crust turns golden and the fruit slumps sweet. Sweet and savory in the same square, best eaten warm from the pan.
We put together this bundle so you have exactly what the recipe calls for, already chosen and ready to go. Just add red grapes and fresh rosemary from the market.
This bundle includes:
- Tradizionale Pizza & Focaccia Dough: the Italian mix that proofs into a puffy, golden crumb.
