Our classic Preserved Lemons, now available whole in a decorative 1.5L FIDO jar. A savory condiment used in Morocco when preparing the lamb tagine. Preserving sweet lemons whole adds a depth of flavor to dishes never attained before, not to mention the fresh aesthetic sitting on your shelf. Simply separate the rind from the pulp and mince.

For a smaller jar, try the Preserved Lemon Piccolo; for a spoonable lemon, the Preserved Lemon Cream.
