The Pasta alla Norma Bundle brings together four small-batch Italian pantry provisions from Bella Cucina. Pennoni rigate pasta, sugo all'arrabbiata, Taste of Tuscany extra virgin olive oil, and wild oregano and sage salt. Everything needed to make Sicily's most loved pasta at home.
Golden eggplant. A gently spicy sugo. Torn mozzarella melting into warm pasta. One skillet, and dinner is on the table in the time it takes to boil the pot.
We put together this bundle so you have exactly what the recipe calls for, already chosen and ready to go. Just add an eggplant, fresh mozzarella, and basil from the market.
This bundle includes:
- Bella Cucina Pennoni Rigate: thick-cut and bronze-die, built to hold every bit of sauce.
- Sugo all'Arrabbiata: vine-ripened San Marzano tomatoes warmed with chile and fresh basil.
- Taste of Tuscany Extra Virgin Olive Oil: the pour that browns the eggplant golden.
- Wild Oregano & Sage Salt: one teaspoon that seasons every element.
