Frankies 457 began at a Brooklyn spuntino, but this oil is pure Sicily: organic Nocellara del Belice olives, hand picked near Selinunte and cold pressed within hours of harvest. One olive, one grove, nothing else. The result is bright and grassy, a little nutty, with the peppery finish that tells you the oil is fresh.
Pour it over burrata, finish a soup, dress bitter greens, drag warm bread through it. This is not a bottle to save for someday. Keep the tin within reach and use it every day.

Best smelling candle ever! Some candles, you lie, and they don’t have any smell. It’s just the wax if you put your nose up to it, but this candle was lit when I walked into the store. I inquired about it and found that they sold it there! It’s amazing! So good I went back and bought a second!
