A 45% milk chocolate with pieces of loqaimat, the crisp fried dumplings sweetened with date syrup. Crunchy, caramel-sweet and rich. Mirzam makes its chocolate from the bean in Dubai, with flavors drawn from the old spice routes and the sweets of the Gulf.
