Handcrafted fragrance from Mad et Len, the small French Alps house that makes its pomanders and parfums in iron cases molded one by one. The bottles are heavy. The labels are quiet. The scent is the entire conversation.
Terre Noire is dark and resinous, a forest after rain. Vetyver Bucolique is earthen and grassed, summer in a field that has gone fallow. Spirituelle is incense and resin, the smell of a small chapel at evening.
A few sprays on the inside of the wrist, on the back of the neck, or on a cotton handkerchief tucked into a pocket. The scent settles slowly and stays the rest of the day.
Belongs with wellness and the scents collection, on the dressing table or wrapped in tissue as a gift.
