Golden Tomato Organic Passata al Pomodoro Pasta Sauce is one of our favorites. Made from vine-ripened tomatoes grown on an organic farm in Italy, 'passed' into a smooth puree, leaving a sunshine yellow silky texture and low acid pasta sauce. Perfect for pairing with our Pennoni Pasta, layering in soups and stews, or as a base for Bella's Bloody Mary recipe with our Italian Calendula & Chive savory salt as a glass rimmer, or as a base for a refreshing gazpacho.
