Whole strawberries, semi-candied in syrup, in the same white and blue opaline jar Fabbri has used for its amarena cherries since 1905. Bologna's answer to jam: the fruit stays whole, the syrup stays pourable, and the jar stays on the shelf long after.

Over panna cotta, yogurt, cheesecake or a scoop of gelato, and a spoon of syrup in a glass of prosecco. Sister to the Amarena Fabbri Italian Cherries. Spoon it into Bella Cucina Crostata Sweet Butter Pastry Tarts, or serve beside Bella Cucina Dried Cherry & Almond Biscotti with mascarpone. More condiments.
