These pecans get their rich flavor from being roasted in pecan oil. The most flavorful and decadent pecan. Davis Mountains Nut Company uses only fresh Texas pecans from San Saba, the “Pecan Capital of Texas”, according to many Texans anyway. They are handpicked and dry roasted one small batch at a time.
