Sqirl is Jessica Koslow's Los Angeles kitchen, and the jam is where it began: California fruit picked ripe, cooked in small batches with less sugar than you expect, so each jar tastes like the fruit and the season it came from. Four flavors, one jar size, choose yours above.

Organic Warren Pear & Quince Butter: pears and quince cooked down slowly until dense and amber. Spoon it onto a cheese board or a warm biscuit.

Organic Blackberry Meyer Lemon Fruit Spread: wild blackberries with Meyer lemon juice and zest, dark and bright at once.

Blenheim Apricot Fruit Spread: the small, intense California apricot, honeyed and a little tart.

Strawberry Rhubarb: the classic pair, the berry sweet, the rhubarb sharp underneath.
