Sicilian citrus, peel and all. Agrisicilia makes its marmalades from protected-origin fruit, Syracuse lemons and blood oranges among them, hand-peeled and cooked with sugar and nothing industrial, so the jar is thick with strips of rind and tastes sharper and brighter than the supermarket kind.
On toast with butter, folded into yogurt, or spooned beside a sharp cheese. Pairs with the Potter's Table granola and the Italian honey. More pantry.
