With an artful design, this black Colombian clay tagine moves easily from the oven to table. Comparable to cast iron, this hand-crafted dish is made from locally sourced black clay from Colombia, fired by hand, with origins dating back over 700 years. Ideal for slow or smothered cooking and gives dishes a unique flavor. The shape of the tagine lid allows the steam to circulate, keeping the ingredients moist while cooking and warm at the table. Ideal for roasting meats and vegetables.

Oven safe. Season the vegetables with Wild Oregano & Sage Savory Salt and a pour of Organic California Extra Virgin Olive Oil before they go in. More for the table.
