A balsamic that tastes of the fruit. Brightland's Rapture is double-fermented on a family farm on California's Central Coast with Zinfandel grapes and Triple Crown blackberries, raw, with the mother still in it. Dark, bright, and nowhere near as sweet as the supermarket kind.
Over mozzarella and tomatoes, peaches, grilled anything, or with Brightland's Awake for the dressing. A drop beside Fresh Basil Pesto on burrata. 200 ml. More oils and vinegars.
