Puglia, in the shape of an olive leaf.
Foglie d'ulivo means olive leaves, and that is exactly what these are: slim green leaves of organic durum wheat semolina, tinted with spinach, made in Italy in the tradition of Puglia, where olive trees line every road. USDA Organic, in a 500g bag (1 lb 1.6 oz).
Cook them in well-salted water until just al dente, then toss with our Fresh Basil Pesto or Artichoke Lemon Pesto, a splash of pasta water, and a shower of Parmigiano. The leaves catch sauce in every curve. Brown butter and sage works beautifully too, and so does a quick tumble with Piccolo Pomodoro tomatoes.

Best smelling candle ever! Some candles, you lie, and they don’t have any smell. It’s just the wax if you put your nose up to it, but this candle was lit when I walked into the store. I inquired about it and found that they sold it there! It’s amazing! So good I went back and bought a second!
