A dark chocolate bar from Blanxart, the Barcelona chocolate maker working since 1954. Blanxart roasts and grinds its own cacao in small batches, so the bar tastes of the bean: deep, clean, with a long finish and very little sugar in the way.
Break a square after dinner with coffee, or shave it over warm desserts. One bar, see photos for size. Keep it cool and dry, away from strong smells. More in our chocolate and candy collection.
