Cocktails & Mocktails: Bolle Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Wine

Bolle Sparkling Rosé is the highest-rated non-alcoholic wine in history: 93 points from Wine Enthusiast, poured in Michelin-starred dining rooms, and twice-fermented like the real thing. Because it is the real thing, minus the alcohol (under 0.5 percent). In the glass it is dry and fresh: white strawberry, red berries, blackcurrant, a little violet, fine steady bubbles. No added sugar, nothing artificial, fully vegan.

Bolle Grand Reserve is the world's first lees-aged non-alcoholic sparkling wine: a true blanc de blancs, 90 percent Chardonnay and 10 percent Silvaner from La Mancha, gently de-alcoholized and then re-fermented the slow way, three months in French oak and nine months resting on the lees. What reaches the glass is fine-beaded and golden, all brioche and apricot, toasted nuts and citrus, with a medium-dry, vibrant finish. Serve it well chilled in your best flutes: for aperitivo, for dinners that run long, for every guest at the table, whether they are drinking or not. From a limited production of just 4,000 bottles.

Blanc de Blancs is crafted from 75–80% Chardonnay and 20–25% Silvaner grapes. It is dry and crisp, with bright citrus notes of lemon, lime, and grapefruit, layered with green apple, pear, and subtle honey. This non-alcoholic wine has received multi-time Gold Medals, 91 points from Wine Enthusiast, and recognition as Forbes Best Non-Alcoholic Wine.
