Campanini Venere Black Rice

An Italian Rice with a small, fragrant grain. It's aroma of freshly baked bread is a typical feature of Asian rices. As a whole grain rice, it is not subject to any total-processing. For three generations, Riseria Campanini has been selecting the best varieties of rice with utmost care from traditional rice-growing areas in Northern Italy; more specifically the regions of Lombardy, Veneto and Emilia.
