Badia a Coltibuono's Italian extra virgin olive oil is naturally free of any type of heat and chemical treatment. It is rich in anti-oxidants and very long-lived. It tastes of typical fruitiness: and ardent olive flavor with a mild peppery taste. Drizzle on soups, in pasta, risotto, on raw vegetables, in salads and on country bread. Made in Tuscany.
