Badia a Coltibuono's Italian extra virgin olive oil is naturally free of any type of heat and chemical treatment. It is rich in anti-oxidants and very long-lived. It tastes of typical fruitiness: and ardent olive flavor with a mild peppery taste. Drizzle on soups, in pasta, risotto, on raw vegetables, in salads and on country bread. Made in Tuscany. One of our favorite everyday olive oils.

One of the better NA mixer alternatives
If I'm going to drink a zero proof mixer the Ritual brand is worth it. Their NA whiskey is tasty. Glad that Bella Cucina stocks it!
