8 ounces Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Bella Cucina Preserved Lemon Cream
1/4 cup Smoked Salmon, finely diced
1 wedge Bella Cucina Preserved Lemon, rinsed and thinly sliced
1 teaspoon Capers
1 teaspoon Chives, finely minced
Run a knife under warm water, dry off, then cut refrigerated cream cheese block in half, lengthwise. Layer cream cheese, lemon cream and smoked salmon; repeat with another layer. Garnish with preserved lemon slices, capers and chives Serve with Bella Cucina Pane Rustico or Bella Cucina Dipping Crackers.
