Rose & Pink Peppercorn Roasted Grapes
Grapes, when roasted, become caramelized and sweet and a delicious savory or sweet condiment to use in salads, morning porridge, and as a satisfying no-sugar all natural snack. Use red flame, black candy, concord seedless or green grapes (more tart) and keep them on hand as a ready to use condiment.

PREPARATION: pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
De-stem the grapes and place on a parchment- lined sheet pan. Drizzle with the olive oil and season with the salt. Roast in oven for 15-20, just until they start to soften and you see juices extracting on the pan. Cool and refrigerate until ready to use.
