PREPARATION: pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
De-stem the grapes and place on a parchment- lined sheet pan. Drizzle with the olive oil and season with the salt. Roast in oven for 15-20, just until they start to soften and you see juices extracting on the pan. Cool and refrigerate until ready to use.
